In this role, Ken engaged in many large-scale data projects, connecting and analyzing disparate data sets to understand the multiple, complex factors impacting youth as they navigated the health, education, and community settings along their developmental journey. Critical to the success of the initiative, Ken worked with the largest social service agencies serving children in the region to build up their data infrastructure, understand their impact, and change their practice in order to improve outcomes.
