Meet Molly Hayden

Business Manager

  • She/Her/Hers

    Molly is an accomplished project coordinator, with a Master's in Public Health from the University of Albany. In her work, Molly places problems within systems thinking frameworks to better understand holistic approaches and solutions. Most recently, Molly worked with the March of Dimes, where she provided organizational workflow support, led quarterly strategic planning calls, and facilitated and disseminated communications. Her area of expertise were software adoption and logistical organization. 

    Molly is no stranger to HSG and has worked for the organization in the past. During her first tenure, she was as a Student Fellow and later took on the role of Project Manager.

    In her current role, Molly serves as HSG’s Business Manager and promotes internal efficiency and organization. She provides triage support and works to ensure the team at HSG can focus on meeting client needs, while she focuses on meeting the needs of the team.

    When not on the clock, Molly is likely traveling, watching horror movies, or bothering her two cats.

Meet Natalia Huerta

Chief of Staff

  • Natalia is a dedicated administrative professional with a rich and diverse background that reflects a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others. While working at HSG, Natalia has positively impacted through skill, dedication, and a strong foundation in healthcare, customer service, and office management.

    Natalia possesses valuable experience in the medical field, notably when working at Accredo Health Group. In this role, Natalia demonstrated a deep understanding of healthcare practices, ensuring effective communication while strictly adhering to HIPAA Federal Law. She commits to patient privacy and adherence to regulations.

    Focusing on effective communication, Natalia has showcased versatility in handling customer inquiries, scheduling, and coordination. Meticulous in organizational tasks, Natalia contributes to the smooth functioning of various administrative aspects.

Meet Sarah Crick

Project Support

  • Sarah brings over 15 years of experience in British healthcare to HSG and insight and experience with the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom helps HSG translate key learnings across the Atlantic and vice-versa. As Chief of Staff, Sarah helps meet the diverse needs of HSG's U.S. and European-based clients and partners. Sarah manages client onboarding and keeps client work organized and moving forward.

    Prior to joining the HSG team, Sarah played a crucial role in helping connect the membership of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) to the newest thinking in delivery system improvement and other critical health care issues. As the premier membership body for NHS finance professionals, many CEOs and the C-Suite of NHS organizations across the country are among its community. The association has nearly 15,000 members and delivered 134,000 hours of professional development for NHS professionals a year.

    Sarah led a series of impactful projects in addition to creating and developing strong networks for NHS leaders that facilitated the sharing of best practices and also gave valuable opportunities to hear from international experts. In addition to advising and informing the marketing and stakeholder engagement strategy, she devised and delivered hundreds of events that were attended by NHS leaders as well as global experts to discuss the most pressing healthcare issues of the day.
