She/Her/Hers
Sarah brings business strategy to value based models of care and contracting, building the fiscal infrastructure needed to usher in new models of care. She deeply believes that aligning financial incentives and new care models can transform outcomes for patients.
Sarah previously held multiple leadership positions in clinical settings, including primary care offices and federally qualified health centers, managing health services, implementing and evaluating population health programs, and developing value-based service models. She also oversaw performance improvement initiatives, managed care coordination programs, and managed provider relationships.
Sarah is passionate about enhancing health care delivery to disenfranchised and vulnerable patient populations and bridging the gap between health, culture, and business. She believes a deeper understanding of social, cultural, ethnic, and economic influences is critical to helping healthcare organizations use behavior modification to promote healthier outcomes.
